THE LOGITEC PL100
PROCESSING LINE FOR BAGS AND BALES.
The PL100 Logitec processing line can fully automatically remove the pallet, packaging material and any wrapping foil from many sorts of packed raw materials. The PL100 can be used for pallets with 5 to 100L bags, 150 to 400L-compressed bales, Big-bags and Big-bales of upto
A forklift truck can place the packed raw materials with the pallet directly on the traverse wagon with a trolley.
The PL100 feeds the pallets in and out, cuts the foil and empties them. The raw material is loosened, simultaneously sieved and transported by a removal belt to an external conveyor belt /device.
The capacity is approx.:
- upto 20 pallets with bags from 5 to 100L
- 18 to 22 pallets with compressed bales from 150 to 400L
- upto 30 pallets with Big-bags and / or Big-bales from 1000 to 6500L.
The PL100 can be used for processing packed raw materials, coconut fibre bales and used substrate bags. It can also be used as a sieve installation for loose materials, with or without frost lumps and/or other contaminants.
With the PL100:
- expensive, heavy and dangerous manual work is prevented;
- the use of the shovel is prevented and/or the use of the forklift truck including the driver is minimised;
- the processing of packed raw materials in large quantities is made possible;
- transport, storage and processing of compressed raw materials becomes economically feasible;
- the maximum output volume and a homogeneous product are obtained.
