A compact and fully automatic installation for compressing, packing and palletising bulk products.
The BBP50 is used for many types of compressible and cohesive products. This three-in-one installation reduces investment costs.
The BBP50 keeps foil consumption to a minimum by stretching the wrapping foil used. The saving in terms of money and materials is up to 60% in comparison with traditional packing methods.
Apart from a variable Big-bale volume of 2 to 7 m3 and a Big-bale height of 1 to 2.5 metres, the BBP50 has a production capacity of up to 22 Big-bales per hour in one compression cycle. By using the patented press table, it is possible to achieve high pressures – of up to 50 tons – without damaging the pallet. Pallets of 800 or 1,000 x 1,200 mm can be used without modifying the press shaft.
The Big-bale is stable and sealed on the top and the bottom side. This limits overheating to the minimum, prevents contamination of the product and the work area and makes outdoor storage possible. Thanks to compaction and the flexible Big-bale dimensions, your product can be transported, delivered and stored in the most efficient manner.
